Let’s Grow. Drakya and Klient become one!

These last 2 years have truly been a blast. We’ve been using Klient PSA at the core of our operation to guarantee its efficiency and quality. We’ve learned a lot from you and from using our own software. We’ve transformed the way we operate and streamlined the Klient Experience to set up for fast, sustainable growth.

Today, we are reaching a new milestone. It’s not only about our product and features. It’s about our mission, vision, values, and, most importantly, our people. We are proud to announce that Klient is adding fantastic people to its workforce with the merger of Drakya and Klient.

Both teams will now operate under Klient’s name. With this move, we are solidifying our position as a team of professional services experts who develop a customer-centric PSA platform.

Drakya, our sister company, a Salesforce Consulting Partner of 15 highly skilled professional services specialists, has been at the heart of our growth. Drakya’s team has successfully implemented, onboarded, trained, and advised hundreds of consulting firms and SaaS businesses with one goal in mind, their success. Furthermore, they are intelligent and caring human beings. We are very lucky to have them join the Klient family. We will be introducing them in the following weeks.

What will change?

  • Drakya will now start communicating with Klient.com emails and calendars.
  • Drakya Inc. will continue to exist as a legal entity until the end of the year (December 31, 2022).
  • All Drakya’s contracts and prepayments will be honored.
  • Klient remains the same. Same address and same bank information.
  • Just a renewed focus on the professional services industry.

On May 4th, we hosted a Klient Trivia with Salesforce Montreal. 20 AE from 2 team, SMB and GRB attended.

To follow our commitment to the 1% Salesforce pledge – 1% of our time, revenue and product should be given back to the community, we did a 10-1000-10k pledge and gave 4 prizes. Klient is proud to announce that we are donating 2000$ to the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation and 2000$ to the Mira Foundation, two foundations that are close to our hearts!!!!!

It feels good to give back!

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is KORG!

We have rebranded our Klient Internal Salesforce Org to KORG.  Naming and providing code names to systems and processes does help with change management, adoption and unity. Klient can now count on KORG to rally its workforce!

This is an internal communication in our Slack channel but we thought it could be interesting for others to read.

Allow me to introduce myself: My name is KORG!

KORG is now part of the Klient family! We’ve rebranded our internal Salesforce org, our Klient Org, to KORG!

I’ve learned about code naming systems or processes from one of our clients, Mathieu at Munvo, where they named their Salesforce implementation of Klient “NSync” and they even had a special name for their accounting team,“GTD,” Getting Things Done. One of the first things @Martin Cloutier from Drakya asked for when he joined was to name the Salesforce Org. Drakya chose “DFS,” Drakya’s Fantastic System!

Labeling systems and processes helps with change management, adoption and it simplifies the discussion.
Put it on KORG, have you looked on KORG, I’ve built-it on KORG, start a project on KORG and do your timesheet on KORG! 😛

Our chosen name is the combination of “Klient” and “Org,” KORG (for the newbie, an “Org”, Organisation, refers to a Salesforce environment where a business operates).

After a few google searches and asking around, KORG doesn’t seem to be offensive in any language. Beyond a piano company, the most interesting thing named KORG is this beautiful Marvel Universe character that I came to appreciate! This confirmed the name KORG for me. This character is solid, bold, funny, loyal, awkward, deep, sweet – I love the guy, I want to be KORG, we are KORG! 🙂

The first order of business for KORG is to get back in shape!

As part of our 2022 plan we are becoming more secure than ever. We will soon be Salesforce Security reviewed(again), and Klient will be SOC2 and ISO27001 certified. To get there, we have to implement, execute and monitor several internal controls. So, in the upcoming weeks and months we will be providing KORG some nice upgrades! You will definitely hear the name KORG a few times!

I strongly recommend you watch this 4 min video of Korg, the Marvel character. He makes me laugh every time I think of him!

And now, let’s welcome KORG to the Klient family!

The entire Klient team has your success and growth at heart; and, hopefully we are contributing to making the job of your workforce easier with increased collaboration! We sincerely wish you, your family and your businesses all the best for 2022. Let’s evolve, let’s grow, and let’s have fun!!!

I’m taking this end-of-year opportunity to recap 2021 and give you a glimpse of our primary areas of focus for 2022:

The TEAM grew with key roles in product development and with Peter Barbatsuly, our new VP Operations and Customer Advocate, aka “your new best friend!”2021 was all about consolidation and solidification. It slowed the innovation pace, but we came out strong with a solid foundation to grow, both with our team and our product. We’ve been heavily investing in SECURITY & PRIVACY and we are proud to announce that in the upcoming months, Klient’s Salesforce Security Review will be reconfirmed and we are on-track to become SOC2 & ISO 27001 certified!And, watch out 2022!

Klient as a FAST EVOLVING PRODUCT is back. We are implementing a streamlined, unified and efficient way of using Klient throughout the product, which we codenamed “the Performance Path.” This provides focus for development, support, documentation and training, while increasing the quality of the experience and efficiency for your team. With that, we will be introducing new features like the Project Workspace and long-deserved Resource Planner improvements.You can make us go faster.

As a Salesforce partner, we have access to Salesforce technical resources to improve our product. The level of support we get is greatly influenced by your reviews! WRITING A REVIEW of Klient on the Salesforce AppExchange will go a long way. 

In January, we will be launching our KLIENT UNIVERSITY. The first classes will be for new customers, but we plan on expanding the offering to existing customers soon after. The Klient learning Trails will also be enhanced to provide faster on-boarding of your resources.Plus, we will soon be launching the KLIENT CUSTOMER RECOGNITION PROGRAM; so, be on the lookout, and be ready to shine!

Again, thanks for being part of the ecosystem, enjoy the holiday with your family and love ones, and let’s all grow in 2022!

For those who have followed Salesforce through the years, they know the #1 CRM in the world always set ambitious goals in terms of growth.

Here’s some highlights:

  • Produce $1.6 trillion in new revenues for customers by 2026.
  • They Expect to grow partner revenues to 3.5 times what they were in 2020
  • IDC predicted the Salesforce Economy will generate 9.3 million new jobs by 2026

Salesforce realease their new research from IDC detailing how they will drive nearly 9.6 million new jobs (yes, you read that right) and more than $1.6 trillion in new revenues for customers by 2026. Following the pandemic, their focus is not only about the jobs and revenue growth, but also to provide support their partners.

The ecosystem of companies supporting Salesforce customersʼ implementations is five times as big as Salesforce itself today and will be more than six times as big
in 2026. With 2026 ecosystem revenue forecast to be 3.5 times that in 2020, the challenge will be finding talent.

The growth of cloud software2 suffered little from the pandemic, growing 22% worldwide
in 2020, while on-premises software growth fell to zero. This year, cloud-delivered
software will be 43% of the software market, and by 2026, it will be 61%.
