Klient PSA Ultimate is for services firms that want every Klient PSA capability bundled into a single SKU — full PSA, Customer Portal, both Jira products, and every agent always on the latest version. It is the right choice for organizations using multiple AI agents, running Jira integrations, and wanting predictable annual budget without per-agent upgrade decisions or add-on procurement events. Customers using two or fewer agents are typically better served by Klient PSA Enterprise plus à la carte agent purchases.

Yes. Klient is a Salesforce OEM partner, so the Salesforce Platform license is bundled with every Klient PSA edition. Klient PSA Enterprise also includes Salesforce Experience Cloud. You don’t need an existing Salesforce account — Klient provisions the environment.

For every internal Klient PSA Enterprise user, you get 5 customer community user slots included at no extra cost. A 20-user Enterprise org gets 100 community user slots. Beyond your included allocation, community users are $5 per user per month — the same price as the Klient PSA base-tier add-on.

QuickBooks and Xero connectors are included with every Klient PSA edition at no extra cost. The Sage Intacct Connector is a separate Salesforce AppExchange app priced as a monthly subscription with API call bundles — $100 per month for the Standard bundle (5,000 API calls included) or $300 per month for the Premium bundle (20,000 API calls included). Calls above your bundle are billed at $0.02 each. Sage Intacct customers tend to be mid-market or larger, where the depth of integration justifies a focused product.

One payment, per agent, per Salesforce org. You own that agent version forever. The Agentforce-native agent keeps working, gets security and platform compatibility updates, and you’ll never see a renewal invoice from Klient. When the next version ships, it is a separate optional purchase.

When you buy V1, you own V1 forever — it keeps working, gets security and Salesforce platform updates, and never disappears from your org. When V2 ships, it is a separate optional purchase with more capability and new features. Your V1 keeps running either way. Klient PSA Ultimate edition customers get every new version automatically as part of their subscription.

Per-org. Klient PSA agents are role-bound — PLANNY1 runs for your PMO, TIMEY1 captures hours for everyone with a timesheet, DEVY1 ships code for your engineers. You buy the capability once. Anyone in your org who needs it can use it.

Klient Jira Sync is a Salesforce AppExchange app priced per Salesforce org by company size — not per user. $250 per month for organizations of 25 employees or fewer, $500 per month up to 200 employees, $1,000 per month up to 5,000 employees, and custom pricing above 5,000. Klient Jira Sync requires the Klient PSA package installed in your Salesforce org, but does not require individual Klient PSA user licenses.

No. Klient Jira Time Tracker is an Atlassian Marketplace app at $9 per user per month. Developers log time on Jira tasks, and each entry creates a Klient PSA timesheet record at the package level. Your developers do not need Klient PSA user licenses. A Klient PSA license is only needed for users who create projects, manage scope, build invoices, or work directly inside Klient PSA. The three apps — Klient PSA, Klient Jira Sync, and Klient Jira Time Tracker — strengthen each other when used together.

Flex Credits are Salesforce’s consumption layer for running Agentforce. They are billed by Salesforce, separately from Klient PSA. Each Klient PSA agent execution uses roughly 20 Flex Credits, purchased directly from Salesforce. Klient PSA charges for the agent capability — Salesforce handles consumption.
