Hi, my name is Karen Singh, and today we’ll discover the exciting opportunities that come with giving your customers access to view-only projects such as your product roadmap. Let’s use the Roadmap 2025 project as an example.

Customizable Columns – 00:34
Here we can see the various columns like ‘Assignee’ status or any others that you choose to provide access to will help the user understand the project progress and offer even more insights. When you right-click on the header through this context menu, additional columns can be added. These columns are customizable, giving you control over what you want to show your customers. This can help better manage expectations and provide a fuller picture of product development.

Switch Views – 01:08
Users can also switch between different views to see more detailed information visually. You have full control over what your users can access when you share the read-only projects with them.

Save & Share Presets – 01:18
Not just this, but you can also save the preferred columns and data that you need to share in the presets. And for that, you don’t have to do much. Just click on the button, click ‘Save,’ and the current view of your product roadmap is saved, which you can then easily share based on the settings that you select.
